The entire property has free, secured, wireless Internet and Wi-Fi Streaming Capabilities. No Cable.

The majority of our sites have a clear, unobstructed view for satellite reception.

All of the sites have full hookup (water, sewer, 30 & 50 amp electric) and wireless Internet.

The majority of our sites are pull thru, 30 ft. wide x 85 ft. long.

As a true "Big Rig Park", the majority of our sites are open, with decorative trees and shrubbery. We do have some sites that receive shade from trees along the edge of the park. If shade is important, please let us know when making your reservation.

If you choose the Classic Cottage, they are furnished with sheets, bath towels, toilet paper, soap. Housekeeping is not provided.

If you choose the Park Cottage, they are furnished with sheets, 4 sets of bath towels, kitchen towels, kitchenware, start up: trash bags, toilet paper, soap, dish detergent.

The Classic Cottage is furnished with either a queen bed or 2 double beds, reading chair, desk, dresser, private bath, TV, mini refrigerator, microwave, and free WI-FI.

The Park Cottage features separate living, eating and sleeping areas. It offers a queen bed, full kitchen, love seat and reclining chair w/ ottoman, flat screen TV, WI-FI. Kitchenware, linens and towels are provided. Electric usage is metered. Housekeeping is not provided.

We recommend bringing hairdryer, pool towels, iron, clock, and toiletries.

We allow only microwave cooking in the Classic Cottages. Outdoor grilling is permitted.

A community fire pit with firewood is available. Portable above ground fire pits are allowed at your site, however ground fires are not allowed.

Tents are welcome with a two day maximum stay. Tents will be set up on an RV site. Two guests are allowed per site.

Pets are welcome in the RV park, with the exception of the following breeds: Rottweiler, Doberman and Pitt Bull. However, we do not allow pets in our cottages. We do ask that all dogs remain on a leash and all waste be picked up and properly disposed. Pets must not be left unattended while outdoors.

On the property, we have a pool and a fire pit for roasting ooey gooey, yummy s'mores.

Approximately one mile away is The Clubhouse, which features putt-putt, golf, a driving range, batting cages, laser tag, bowling, ballocity, arcade games and a restaurant.

Statesboro also has it's own water park, "Splash n the Boro". They are open mid May thru Labor Day. The Olympic sized swimming pool and heated therapy pool are open in the winter for indoor swimming. Seasonal and day passes are available.

Just around the corner from us is Georgia Southern University. On the Campus is the Museum, which offers interactive exhibits and a really cool dinosaur.

Also for kids (and kids at heart), is the Raptor Center featuring live Eagles, Hawks, Owls and all kinds of neat wildlife from our region.

Our clubhouse features a conference/meeting facility with seating for up to one hundred. The facility is available to rent for weddings, meetings and social events. Complimentary use of the clubhouse is available for groups of five or more RVs / cottages.

The pool is open for the summer season daily until dark.

We have restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities.

We do offer RV storage on the property.

We are within walking distance to a restaurant and are within a mile of many more options.

Walmart is located five miles from us.
