The cottages have a smoke free policy.
Occupancy Policy
2 person maximum. Cottage can not be subleased to another individual.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed in cottages.
Deposit Policy
The Guarantee Deposit reserves your Park Cottage for the duration of your stay, without having to pay for the entire stay in advance. Example: if you would like to stay for three months, but pay for the first month only, this deposit guarantees the availability of your cottage for all three months.
This deposit is non-refundable. It will be applied to your last month. It is the responsibility of the guest to notify office personnel when paying for the last month of stay, in order for this deposit to be applied.
Electricity is metered at market rate. Water, Wi-Fi, and streaming capabilities are included.
To reserve a nightly or weekly booking, the entire amount must be paid at time of booking. To reserve a monthly booking, the first months rent must be paid at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund we request that you contact the park office a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made fourteen (14) to thirty (30) days prior to your scheduled arrival will receive a refund of one half of the rental fee. Nightly & Weekly reservations: Parkwood RV Park & Cottages will retain a $20.00 cancellation fee on all cancelled reservations. Monthly reservations: Parkwood RV Park & Cottages will retain a $50 cancellation fee on all cancelled reservations. No deposit amount will be returned in the event that a cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of your arrival date.
This is a non-smoking and non-pet friendly cottage. Violation of our non-smoking, non-pet friendly policy will result in immediate eviction without refund, and loss of deposit.
